Promotions for the 2025 season will be communicated internally at the Park and on leolandia.it) without LeoPass, which can still be repurchased online or at the Park

Premise: with this document, Leolandia regulates access to the Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas” to prevent unauthorized transfers/sales of entrance tickets.

Active promotion for the 2024 season, which allows the purchase both online (leolandia.it) and at the Park of a ticket with LeoPass for the 2025 season, granting a ticket with 2 entries in the 2025 season (a ticket with LeoPass for the 2025 season by 6/01/2026 and one entry without LeoPass to be used during the 2025 season based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st entry in the 2025 season) and 1 free ticket for entry during the Enchanted Christmas of the 2024 season (a ticket valid for 1 day without LeoPass, given for the Enchanted Christmas 2024 to be used by 6/01/2025)
Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas”
The offer in question allows buyers who have purchased a single rate entrance ticket (adults and children > 89 cm) for €70.00 for the 2025 season either online (leolandia.it) or at the ticket office to visit the Park 3 times: 1 time in the 2024 season during the Enchanted Christmas (without LeoPass) and 2 times in the 2025 season (for the 1st access with LeoPass, while the 2nd access will be entry without LeoPass). The buyer must purchase the promoted ticket “Gift Leolandia for Christmas” through:
- Online purchase: proceed with purchasing tickets on leolandia.it and wait for the confirmation of successful purchase
- Purchase at the ticket office: proceed with the purchase and collect the dedicated card to use for entry during the Enchanted Christmas (by January 6, 2025)
For the entry ticket in the 2024 season connected to the Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas”:
- Online purchase: show the thank you email and the related receipt of purchase for the promoted tickets “Gift Leolandia for Christmas” at the Park ticket offices to receive the free entry valid for 1 day
- Purchase at the ticket office: present the dedicated card to receive the free entry valid for 1 day (N.B. the entry can also be simultaneous with the purchase, in which case no card will be provided)
Validation of the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to verify the validity of the title (the ticket will be valid for one day; there is no need to take a photo at the Promo Point)
For entries in the 2025 season related to the Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas”:
1 ENTRY (steps to follow)
In case of online purchase: use the ticket valid for the 2025 season purchased with the Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas” that has been sent to your email address, print it or present it via smartphone at the entrance turnstiles by January 6, 2026.
In case of purchase at the ticket office: use the ticket valid for the 2025 season purchased with the Promo “Gift Leolandia for Christmas” that was provided by the Ticket Office Staff.
Following validation of the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm the validity of the title.
In the Park, then take a photo via a digital totem and associate it with the valid ticket for the 2025 season (2025 season of Leolandia from 22/02/2025 to 06/01/2026) which will grant access to the 2nd free entry based on the promotion in effect at the time of the 1st access in the 2025 season.
N.B. To collect the LeoPass, go to the Reception on the morning of the 1st visit in the 2025 season. You will need to show the ticket itself or the purchase receipt.
2 ENTRY (steps to follow)
Once the ticket for the 1st access in the 2025 season has been used, the guest will "unlock" the promotion in effect for that specific period/month, and thus will be able to re-enter for free with the same title according to the rules set by the promotion and the regulations in effect at the time of the 1st entry during the 2025 season. Promotions for the 2025 season will be indicated through internal communication at the Park and on leolandia.it
Access limits to promotions
The promotion is not valid on certain types of entrance titles such as, for example, the “Park + Hotel Ticket,” the “Afternoon Ticket,” the “Rain Ticket,” “Accreditations,” “Intermediate Tickets,” subscriptions, or other previous or future promotions unless indicated. This type of ticket CANNOT be used on the event day of 31/10/2025, a day when access will not be allowed either as a first entry or as a free re-entry. The LeoPass is included only for the 1st entry in the 2025 season; for the 2nd access, it can be repurchased online or at the Park.
N.B. Tickets purchased are not sellable; however, they can be transferred to third parties if it is a gift. Once validated with the 1st access, they become personal, nominal, and non-transferable. Any violation of the regulations will permit the management of Leolandia to deny access to the amusement park Leolandia located in Capriate San Gervasio at Via V. Veneto, 52 – cap 240142 – (BG) for violators.
