- Full Ticket: for those over 120 cm tall
- Reduced Ticket: for individuals between 90 cm and 119 cm tall, active members of law enforcement, seniors over 65, and pregnant women
- Free Admission: for children up to 89 cm tall
Remember to measure your child with shoes on.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions of sale.

The current online promotion is Visit by 31 March and Return for Free Whenever You Want.
How to use your ticket for your 2 entries to Leolandia:
1st ENTRY
- Use the ticket you received via email by presenting it at the entrance turnstiles or show the ticket purchased at the Ticket Office.
- During your visit to Leolandia, remember to visit the Promo Point to have your photo taken via a digital totem and link it to your ticket.
2nd ENTRY – Your Free Return
- The ticket from your 1st entry validated at the Promo Point will grant you free return access. The validation process at the Promo Point will "activate" the promotion, allowing you to return for free with the same ticket during the same season, based on the promotion in effect at the time of your first visit.
- Your free return is not valid on the following dates: 31/10/2025, 1/11/2025, and 2/11/2025.
You can choose any date for your free return, including a date following your first visit.
The free return is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
The promotion is valid only for Fixed-Date and Open-Date Tickets for 2025.

Leolandia offers special rates upon presentation of one of the following documents: Disability Card, QR code for civil disability, Law 104/92, or equivalent documents at the Park Ticket Office.
Complimentary Ticket to be collected at the ticket office
- Minors with a Disability Card, QR code for civil disability, Law 104/92, or equivalent documents
- Adults (18+) permanently non-ambulatory (using a wheelchair) and/or blind
Special Rate Ticket for €30.50, available only at the ticket office
- Adults (18+) with a Disability Card, QR code for civil disability, Law 104/92, or equivalent documents
Reduced Ticket (also available online)
- One accompanying person for each guest with a disability, subject to verification of actual accompaniment of a disabled guest holding a Disability Card, QR code for civil disability, Law 104/92, or equivalent documents
