This document defines the terms of Leolandia’s promotion, titled “Visit from November 1st to November 30th. Return for free across two seasons,” to prevent unauthorized resale or transfer of entry tickets.
Promotion Details
The promotion “Visit from November 1st to November 30th. Return for free across two seasons” offers visitors entering between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024 the chance for 3 entries to Leolandia Park: the 1st entry between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024, the 2nd entry by 1/6/2025, and the 3rd entry by 4/30/2025.
The promotion “Visit from November 1st to November 30th. Return for free across two seasons” provides 3 entries to Leolandia Park for visits between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024. The 1st entry is between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024, the 2nd entry by 1/6/2025, and the 3rd entry by 4/30/2025.
This promotion allows customers who have purchased a ticket, either online or at the ticket office, for an entry between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024 to visit the park 3 times. Customers must:
- Make their first park entry between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024
- Validate the ticket at the entrance turnstiles to confirm ticket validity
- Retain the entry ticket and validate it via a photo taken at the Promo Point within the park on the day of their 1st visit
- Take a photo using the digital kiosk, linking it to the valid 2024 season ticket
- To obtain the 2nd free entry:
- After the 1st entry between 11/1/2024 and 11/30/2024, visitors must retain the same ticket for re-entry by 1/6/2025, presenting the same ticket at the turnstiles
- To obtain the 3rd free entry:
- Visitors must retain the same ticket for re-entry in the 2025 season, with the visit completed by April 30, 2025, by presenting the same ticket at the ticket office to exchange it for a new ticket, upon surrendering the previous entry ticket to the operator
Promotion Access Limits
Once used, entry tickets become non-transferable and non-resellable to allow access to the promotion and free return entry on a valid park opening day under this promotion (free entry NOT allowed on October 31, 2024).
This promotion cannot be combined with returns from prior promotions, such as (including but not limited to) “Visit by August 31. Return whenever you want,” the “Rain Ticket,” the “Park + Hotel Ticket,” the Afternoon Ticket, promotional tickets valid for one entry from point collections, guest passes, or any previous or future promotions, unless otherwise specified.
Note: Tickets validated via the digital kiosk are personal, non-transferable, and not for resale. Any violation of these terms grants Leolandia management the right to refuse entry to the Leolandia amusement park, located at Via V. Veneto, 52 – 24282 Capriate San Gervasio (BG), for violators.
